Dear customer,

In order to continuously improve our efficiency and communication, we will be upgrading our Customer Portal to Odoo 18.

As a result, the Customer Portal will temporarily be unavailable from March 24 at 5:00 PM until March 25 at 8:00 AM. During this period, you can create a support ticket by contacting us at support@dynapps.be.

After the upgrade, you can access our support portal using the familiar URL, along with your current email address and password.

If you experience any issues logging in after the upgrade, please don't hesitate to reach out to our service department at support@dynapps.be.

Beste klant,

Om onze efficiëntie en communicatie voortdurend te verbeteren, zullen wij ons Customer Portal upgraden naar Odoo 18.

Hierdoor zal ons klantenportaal tijdelijk niet beschikbaar zijn vanaf 24 maart om 17:00 uur tot 25 maart om 08:00 uur. Tijdens deze periode kun je contact opnemen via support@dynapps.be.

Na de upgrade kun je opnieuw inloggen op het vertrouwde portaal via de bekende URL, met je huidige e-mailadres en wachtwoord.

Mocht je na de upgrade toch problemen ondervinden bij het inloggen, neem dan gerust contact op met onze servicedienst via support@dynapps.be.
